Nicholas J. Roeder

Nicholas J. Roeder joined the firm in 2013.  Since joining the firm, Attorney Roeder has used his extensive legal knowledge and skill to help clients throughout DuPage County and Will County with their most difficult legal issues.  Attorney Roeder received his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law, where he dedicated over 500 hours of his time to Pro Bono work.  Throughout law school he was a law clerk for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, where he gained extensive trial experience prosecuting DCFS matters for the People of the State of Illinois.

Attorney Roeder is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Will County Bar Association.  He is an experienced attorney who has helped hundreds of clients obtain maximum awards and achieve their best possible outcomes.  Mr. Roeder practices from our Lombard and Plainfield offices and represents clients primarily in DuPage County and Will County, Illinois.  Mr. Roeder focuses his practice primarily on Divorce and Family Law, Personal Injury and Real Estate matters.

Attorney Roeder is excellent at explaining the law and possible legal outcomes and options, which ensures his clients make the most informed decisions possible.  He has a calm and understanding demeanor which serves him and his clients well when dealing with emotional legal issues.
