Biography

Nicholas J. Roeder joined the firm in 2013. Mr. Roeder received his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law, where he dedicated over 500 hours of his time to Pro Bono work. Throughout law school he was a law clerk for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, where he handled a large case load and prosecuted DCFS matters. He is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Will County Bar Association.

Mr. Roeder practices in Will, DuPage, Kendall and Grundy Counties. He focuses his practice on Divorce and Family Law, Personal Injury, Breach of Contract, Estate Planning, and Real Estate. He also practices appellate work, where he represents both appellants and appellees. Nicholas is excellent at explaining the law and possible legal outcomes and options, which ensures his clients make the most informed decisions possible. He has a calm and understanding demeanor which serves him and his clients well when dealing with emotional legal issues.
